Welcome to Konyha-Kert Bistro and Bar's website!

I opened the bistro in the summer of 2018, with more than 20 years of experience in hospitality businesses. My wife, Bogi, joined the team in 2022. Together with our colleagues, we work day by day to bring smiles to our guests' faces with a great culinary experience. We believe that hospitality should be professional, performed in high quality, but with a friendly attitude. Guests could feel like they visited the home of a dear friend. The bistro's biggest values are "personal" hospitality, casual vibe, and the little twists that make traditional cuisine exciting. The offer changes frequently, according to the season, so you will find both new items and Konyha-Kert favourites on the menu. It's worth visiting us in every season – in summer guests enjoy the sunlight and the charming view of Lake Balaton from the terrace; while in off-season they get cozy by the fireplace with heart-warming dishes.
